Do you faithfully go for your yearly blood work, receive a clean bill of health from your doctor, but still feel less than optimally healthy?

Do you suffer from digestive problems, mood swings, chronic fatigue or other debilitating symptoms but are told by your doctor that everything is fine?

Do you have a child with ASD, ADD or ADHD and the only solution that is offered by the traditional medical establishment are medications with serious side effects?

Do you take supplements but are not really sure about the quality, which ones are right for you, or which ones may interact with your medications?

We believe that a balanced nutritional state is vital for healing and long-term wellness. By using tools that can reveal the more subtle imbalances long before they are perceived by standard blood tests, we can design a comprehensive customized nutritional and lifestyle plan that will lead to optimal health.

Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis which is a method of assessing your “body composition” by measuring body fat in relation to lean body mass is offered upon request.

Any possible medication/ supplement interactions are checked for.

After reviewing all the information provided, we create a personalized dietary guideline as well as recommendations for supplements.

We offer gluten-free, casein-free diets for children with Autism and gluten-free diets for those with Celiac Disease or gluten sensitivities.

In addition we will provide resources and links to information and organizations that will support your journey to optimal health.
